Sales Policies

  • We commit to making deliveries within the timeframes specified in the Payments and Shipping section for all products available for express delivery.
  • If the customer requests a special type of model that includes detailed characteristics such as extensible cover colors, etc., it will be considered as not available for express delivery.
  • If the customer does not specify special characteristics for the model, such as cover colors, gold tones, leather, steel, or rubber extensibles, and other variations in the models, the requested model will be sent with available characteristics.
  • If we encounter any issues with the delivery of a shipment, the customer will be informed of the problem and the estimated delivery time, as well as the plans to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the delay in shipping.
  • The plans to compensate our customers include discounts, model exchanges, free shipping, depending on the case.
  • Warranty Policies

  • To ensure the warranty on your items is valid, it must be registered as soon as the shipment is received; you have only 48 hours after delivery to activate your warranty; otherwise, you will not be able to claim the benefits it provides.
  • All products are guaranteed according to their characteristics for the period and in the parts specified in their description. However, this does not apply to sensitive materials (rubber/leather/ceramics) or sensitive components such as crowns, stones, hands, screws, bezels, decorations, etc., which depend significantly on their usage. For any reason, damaged, scratched, disassembled items, or those showing signs of having been submerged (unless the warranty states otherwise), or any other activity that does not correspond to their normal use will not be accepted for exchange.
  • If the item arrives damaged or broken due to mishandling by the courier, it must be reported within 24 hours and returned with all its parts; otherwise, a return cannot be processed.
  • For total satisfaction guarantee, you have the right to return the item, as long as it is returned in the exact condition it was received, with no signs of use. This warranty only applies if requested within the first 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
  • Instructions to Validate Your Warranty
  • To validate your warranty, you need to send us an email describing the issue for which you are requesting to enforce your warranty.
  • If all requirements to validate your warranty are met, we will send an email with the destination address to which you need to return the merchandise.
  • Once the return is received, the product will be inspected.
  • If the inspection meets the warranty conditions, we will proceed with the repair or generate a credit note for the amount of your original deposit, which you will have available to make a new order on the site.
  • The shipping to our office will be covered by the buyer, and the return shipping will be covered by us.
